Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.
If the product is unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging, you are eligible for a full refund.If the packaging has been opened and/or the product has been used, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the condition of the item.
If the product has been damaged and the damage is not covered under warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost, or provide a full refund.
For change-of-mind returns, the item must be unopened and in its original packaging. In this case, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
